Eating to support your needs isn’t something that should occupy your mental space more than it needs to; you have more important things to think about. I’m here to help you nourish your body and take back the questioning around your diet to feel better in your body with more balanced nutrition choices.

I work with a few different patient populations (and many patients fall into multiple categories!): individuals looking to optimize their digestive health, lowering cholesterol through dietary changes, athletes to improve fueling during training and events, women during pregnancy, improving relationship with food and eating habits, and more. Each patient is unique in their needs; I work with you to identify and address your individual goals and tailor our appointments according to what YOU need.

Appointment details:

All appointments are telehealth video calls; you will receive a link to your appointment after booking.

You will receive a Superbill for your appointment which can be submitted for reimbursement with your insurance.

I provide sliding scale rates available as needed; please contact me at the link at the bottom of this page to request and I can provide a discount code to use when booking.

Nutrition counseling includes access to me via online messaging through my patient portal in between sessions. I recommend patients see me anywhere from weekly to monthly depending on the level of support needed. We will address this at our first session.

I understand being tight on time and can help you balance healthy eating with your busy schedule. Food is something that is so personal to all of us, and should contribute to, not complicate, our lives. I am all about balance and love an ice cream cone on a hot summer day as much as my favorite Sweetgreen or Souvla salad. I love cooking, however, don’t love spending hours in the kitchen, so am a fan of simple and healthful recipes that are quick and easy. I can direct you to some of my favorites based on your preferences, as well as help create balanced meals/days of eating with your favorite recipes.

As a scientist, I enjoy keeping up with the latest nutrition research studies and as a teacher, enjoy communicating this information to my clients through discussions during our appointments. I aim to help you understand the “why” behind my recommendations so you are empowered to make your own healthy decisions going forward. Ideally, you shouldn’t need my guidance forever; I’m here to teach you how to make healthy decisions without sacrificing your favorite foods and prepare you to go off on your own knowing how to eat best for your body.
