Work with me
Eating healthy isn’t something that should occupy your mental space more than it needs to; you have more important things to think about. I’m here to help you properly fuel those passions, whether it be your career, spending more active time with your friends and family, or your studies. With this, you can take back the mental space and questioning around your diet and feel better in your body with more balanced nutrition choices.

I understand being tight on time and can help you balance healthy eating with your busy schedule. Food is something that is so personal to all of us, and should contribute to, not complicate, our lives. I am all about balance and love an ice cream cone on a hot summer day as much as my favorite Sweetgreen or Souvla salad. I love cooking, however, don’t love spending hours in the kitchen, so am a fan of simple and healthful recipes that are quick and easy. I can direct you to some of my favorites based on your preferences, as well as help create balanced meals/days of eating with your favorite recipes.
As a scientist, I enjoy keeping up with the latest nutrition research studies and as a teacher, enjoy communicating this information to my clients through discussions during our appointments. I aim to help you understand the “why” behind my recommendations so you are empowered to make your own healthy decisions going forward. Ideally, you shouldn’t need my guidance forever; I’m here to teach you how to make healthy decisions without sacrificing your favorite foods and prepare you to go off on your own knowing how to eat best for your body.
Nutrition counseling
Perfect for someone who wants individualized nutrition counseling, including, but not limited to meal planning and grocery shopping, explanation of and working towards improvement of nutrition labs, review of nutrition basics, how to design healthy meals incorporating your favorite foods, improving your relationship with food, and much more based on your individual goals.
Nutrition chat
“Ask me anything” one hour session. Perfect for someone who wants to dig deeper and learn more about the scientific rationale behind their diet choices, but doesn’t currently want personalized nutrition counseling. In this session we can discuss identifying and interpreting evidenced-based research, review nutrition basics, and answer any questions you may have based on something you read on Twitter, heard from your friend, or have just been curious about but Google has given you confusing answers. In general, the internet is a mess for answering nutrition questions and we can review how to identify trustworthy nutrition science. This session is not to address your own personal nutrition.
